First-off inspection for needle damage to shell (light test β hold garment against strong light source). Any pinholes = down escape in wear. Reject panel before bulk assembly. This defect is invisible to the eye under normal lighting.
Lab report must confirm: (1) hydrostatic head β₯ tech pack spec, (2) fill power within Β±5% of declared rating, (3) DWR durability after 20β30 washes, (4) PFAS screen negative for EU/California. No report = no shipment.
Compression packing log confirmed: no more than 3 weeks compressed (2 weeks for 700fp+ premium fills). Unseal instruction attached to each carton. Garment weight final check vs tech pack. RDS CoC package complete and matched to order number.
